Our History
In 1974, three brothers from León founded the company Estudios Maller, the name comes from the conjunction of the surnames of the Martinez Ayer family, its scope of action focused on the design and implementation of air conditioning of unique buildings, specifically in the air conditioning of places of worship, in all his trajectory of more than 20 years he has carried out around 500 heating installations in temples all over the territory, centred in Catalonia and the province of origin of the León family, installations such as the Cathedral of Vic, the Monastery of Poblet, the Church of Canet de Mar among others.
This type of highly complex installations due to the volume to be air-conditioned and the time and occupancy of the spaces provided a great deal of experience in the air-conditioning sector.
Later, coinciding with the generational change, the company was dissolved and one of the brothers, Nicolas, together with his wife and children, founded the company MARGAL INGENIERIA S.L. in 1996. Although it continued with the tradition of MALLER, little by little and under the management of the new generation, it evolved to cover all areas of engineering linked to construction and installations.
